VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF LAW
STUDENT BAR ASSOCIATION
university-wide positions
Interested in representing the Law School as representative to one of the University-wide institutions? These institutions – the Honor Committee, the University Judiciary Committee, and the Student Council – make rules and take actions that affect all students at the University, including us here at the Law School. The Law School elects two representatives to each institution.

As in years past, the SBA will hold elections in conjunction with the University wide spring elections. Both will be administered by the University Board of Elections (UBE). A full list of the elected positions and the names of the students currently holding those positions are available here. If you are interested in running for a position, several important dates occur within the first weeks of the Spring semester, with elections held in early March. Watch your email for an explanation of the process or reach out to SBA President, Laura-Louise Rice, president@uvasba.com with questions.
